The FORMAT function in Access 97 running Windows XP

I've written a couple databases in Access '97 that use the
FORMAT function quite often. We've switched from Windows
98 to Windows XP on most computers, but are still using
Access 97. The FORMAT function, as well as MONTH, DAY,
YEAR, functions, is not supported any more. However, it
is supported when we use Access 2000. Is there a library
or something I can download so that Access 97 on Windows
XP will have the FORMAT function?
