According to http://www9.qu.edu.qa/testing/godly.james/_vti_inf.html your site does not have the FP Server Extensions installed

The root web at http://www9.qu.edu.qa/_vti_inf.html does
The folders testing and godly.james are not valid subwebs

FP does not support subwebs w/ a dot in the name

Thanks Stefan,
"FP does not support subwebs w/ a dot in the name". Is this documented
