The Folder is Full (repost, still unresolved)

I receive a message "The Folder is Full" when trying to move or rename a
folder and the operation won't go through.

The size of the PST file is about 220 MB.
ScanPST did not help.
The deleted items folder is emptied regularly.

If you still cannot solve it, try it with a new pst-file and copy the items
from the original pst-file to the newly created one and then dump the
original. For details see;
