They built a hell of a transistor using SiGe. Sorry for the little
information but I don't think the paper has been published yet.

The quoted material is actually pretty accurate. The rest of the
article is the natural flailing of some reporter trying to explain why
we should care and putting things in some perspective. Unfortunately
the reporter got a little confused.
