Hi

I am running Win2000 professional on my laptop.
It won't start in any mode(including safe mode).

If I try to boot from Boot disks, it gets to the second disk and then comes
up with uhcd.sys is corrupted.

Any ideas?

I think the hard drive is ok. Appears to be spinning etc., but i can't get
past this.

I have changed the RAM (128MG), so i have ruled out that one, I think.

Appreciate any assistance.

Thanks,
Andy

1- What is the make and model of the laptop?
2- Are any devices (Printer, Dock, etc.) attached to the laptop when you
boot?
3- What is the EXACT error message?
4- Do you have an Emergency Repair Disk?
