Janet

For the past several weeks, I have been unable to click
on my mail link at MyYahoo. I always get the "Page
cannot be displayed" error message. The problem lies in
my computer with IE 6, since I can access my email on
other computers. I also cannot go to mail.yahoo.com
without getting the same error message. Can someone help
me correct this? I have deleted all temp files,
cookies, etc., trying to correct this problem. Nothing
seems to work. Is there a simple solution? Any
suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!

I have this problem too...I have almost exhausted everything..so am
having to use Navigator. Too many people have this same problem caused
by Kazaa or Gnutella I think. Reloading windows does not help.
reinstalling ie6 does not help...on the web there was a suggestion that
reloading the modem software might solve the problem...but Navigator
works!!!!!
I hate IE
Mike

Mike, thanks so much for helping me. I went to Microsoft
support to check out "fixes". They didn't work. I
didn't try anything that deals with the registry because
I hate to mess up my system. But I did go to pcworld.com
and download their registry correction program. It
worked! Maybe others can benefit from this, too.
Whenever I can solve one of these frustrating puzzles, I
am happy. Thanks! (I have Win XP home edition, btw.)
