In the domain controller am getting
The directory service encountered an internal failure.
NTDS Database Name: An internal AD error occurred
Description: Error 8430(20ee) has occurred (Internal ID
20612ee). Please contact Microsoft Product Support
Services for assistance

any solution for this. ?
solution urgently needed.

Had the same problem after switching ad to native mode. sp4 installed a month ago.
See KB 827531. Installed patch from MS seems to have resolved.
Havent had the error in about 18 hrs.
