The customize appearance button does not work.

I have Outlook from Ofice 2000. I've tried to customize Outlook's appearance
with no success. I click on the "Customize Outlook Today Button" and nothing
happens. Does anyone have an answer for me?

You can edit the registry to make changes to Outlook Today.
