Hi,

I am using Outlook 2003, and am unable to Reply All, Add Calendar entries or
Print any emails?

I am using Exchange, and have added all the latest Microsoft updates earlier
this week.

My host company is a bit stumped too? Can you help?

I haven't done either yet, but, I have more news.....when I go "offline" i am
able to add calendar items, print and reply all (though, I have to log back
in to be "online" to have them send)....

Thoughts?

Michael

Holding the Ctrl key down, right click yer wee Outlook icon down by the
clock, and select Connection status, see what's up there.

Reasons to connect to Microsoft Exchange are unavailable:
  • The Outlook isn’t properly configured in the registry and that’s causing the issue.
  • Data encryption for Outlook and Exchange isn’t enabled.
  • Your Outlook profile might be corrupted and that’s causing the problem. Exchange services aren’t running on your PC.
Many users are searching the able to resolve the error "connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable". Use the TrustVare OST to PST Converter Tool. This app can quickly resolve the error without any single file being lost. Both technical and non-technical users can also use this tool. If you want to check the app efficacy then download the free demo version.
