The confirmation form will not appear

I have finally published my website (in a place with FP-components
installed). I have a form page where peopla can write an e-mail to me, and I
have prepared a confirmation page that shall appear when the e-mail is sent.

Even though I have filled in the name of the confirmation page in relevant
box it does not appear after sending the e-mail. What's the matter? It it any
help you can visit my website at www.translatorum.se.

Have you published the pages to the server,both the form and the
confermation page
