First time I'm seeing this message, can anyone help.

Microsoft has seen a rash of these with the file Cpqasm2.sys. Is this a
Compaq? If this is the case, you can probably resolve it by updating your HP
ProLiant Support Pack.

If you have the resulting memory.dmp file you could upload it to the
following website for analysis, but it will be a while before you hear a
result:

You could also try downloading and installing the Windows Debugger and look
at the memory dump yourself, but this takes some debugging expertise:
