The cheapest PC you can find!

Following on from Alf's thread of the most expensive pc you can find.
What about the cheapest PC with TFT monitor & XP or Vista installed.
PC must be able to run operating system OK.
DIY builds included, but all parts must be new!

So the challenge is open................

Surely it is this?

I mean it may run a bit (well very) slow from time to time for no legitimate reason (doesn't Windows?) but we all have one, and we paid SQUAT for it, right?

i would get cheap components and overclock them, then if i lucky i could install vista, or for cheaper xp. i could make a vista comps for about 300 and an xp comp for about 150, note that the vista one needs cash for the hidisoly overpriced operating system
