Hi this has been happening for a few weeks now on two of my servers. Both servers are new builds about 5 months old, both W2K Terminal Servers. Running the same apps and both with the identical error. This is the most recent error

Event Type: Informatio
Event Source: Save Dum
Event Category: Non
Event ID: 100
Date: 02/03/200
Time: 14:08:3
User: N/
Computer: GBAS-0006
Description
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xefffffff, 0xa01ba799, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP

I have have disabled the automatically restart so that i can get a better look at the bluescreen when it happens again. I'm also running the latest SP and relevant updates. I also pushed Symantec AV to version 8 as officially this is is the only version supported by MS for 2000 Terminal Servers

Does any one have an idea

Thanks
Gareth.

If this problem started a few weeks ago, you should still be able to
remember what was changed on the server prior to that (if you don't
document each and every change on the servers in a change-log, which
I *highly* recommend doing!).

STOP error 0x1E is very common and can be caused by many things, but
at least you can rule out hardware problems, since it's occuring on 2
servers.

Main suspects is a 3th party printer driver, but any non-TS
compatible software or driver can cause this.
