The browser you're using is rejecting cookies

I have started to get this message recently when trying to
access cgi pages on websites. eBay and SBC for example. I
have checked and triple checked my privacy settings and I
should not be getting that message. Any ideas??

Check your time and date. Cookies work on a timestamp principal and if the time/dates do not match this will occur.

date are set correctly, allowing cookies is set correctly.
I am frustrated!
