When I was saving my powerpoint presentation, it changed
one of the graphs to a big red x. I then fixed the issue
and saved it again and it changed one of the pictures to
a big red x. What causes this error and how do you fix it?

Mike,

I have seen a couple like this. In addition to Michael's advice, would you
be able to send me a copy, please, if it is not too big?

I would love a copy of the presentation, and the particular image that is
causing the problem!

Hello, I have had the same problem, but with a video. The, by the moment
solution, has been to insert a new slide just after the last slide, so it
doesn't disturb the presentation, and to insert the video that causes the
problem in it. With this action, the two slides seem very well. Don´t ask me
why. I hope this help people. Pablo from Spain.

Pablo,

Could you please send me details and an example? I would love to get it
looked at further.

Well, really I don´t know wich is the way it goes, but it does. In that
presentation, if I have that clip inserted in a slide then you see the big
red X in the slide, but when I try to play it, it does, but it's an ugly
effect to see in a first wiew that red X, so if I insert that same clip in
other slide, I mean, two equal slides in the presentation, it doesn't matter
the position, then the two slides are pretty fine, and the red X has gone
away. So I have put one of these slides just before the last one in my
presentation and all looks well. I don´t know why. Regards.
