The battery is new but is not charging

i just bought my computer,before 1 week, after i changed the advanced power
options the battery is not charging, even after i brought them back to the
defaults, still the battery is not charging, plugged in not charging. What i
have to do?
 
you have to take it back to where you bought it and ask for warranty
service.............batteries have been known to fail.

What would you do if a brand new television, automobile, washing
machine, microwave oven, or toaster didn't work as properly? You'd
contact the computer's vendor and/or manufacturer for warranty support,
of course.

The problem is not the battery, yesterday when i opened the nb again the battery was loading, must something else, maby the sleep.

So change your advanced power options back............and quit bugging us
since you seem to know the answer
