The automatic email address completion doesn't always work? Why?

Some times the automatic email address function works fine and other times it
doesn't work at all. The email address of one person with whom I have
regular correspondence simply will never show up in the automatic completion
box. Why?

Hi,
you have the chance to create a new one, by searching the NK2 file and
rename it.
Outlook will created a new one automatically!
