Eset
Can you guess what that is? You installed it and configured it to
interrogate your e-mail traffic. What do you get from a Google search?
 
That error is coming from your virus scanner which has installed a module
that integrates with Outlook.
Uninstall this integration part of your virus scanner and try again; you'd
still be sufficiently protected by your on-access scanner part of the virus
