that damn screensaver

would anyone possibly know how to fix an issue with my damn screensaver
resetting to default? i don't widsh to have te default at all and short of
finding and deleting the screensavers i have how can i get my copy of windows
xp media center edition 2002 to beghave properly. i can access almost
everything else..but for saving the basics.. i don't want my damn screensaver
coming up when i don't want it and every time i set the damn thing to none ..
it goes back to win xp saver.. why?? please help XP this damn issue is really
starting to bug me. as i do Not like this issue of my screensaver resetting
and i can't keep playing my games that i do..
BECAUSE OF THAT DAMN SCREENSAVER!!!
was it possibly in the last patch we had that it decided to do that? or am i
the only one currently having this damn issue???
please help guys i am getting rather annoyed here.. i just rebuilt my system
not too long ago too..i would really hate to have to do it again
*whimpers disconsolately in abject misery hiding head in hands*

Are you using Windows Live OneCare 2.0? Set the screensaver to a value
of 9999 and pick the default Windows one until the OneCare team
listens to the uproar about this change that OneCare makes quietly to
"improve system performance."

OMG Thank you for solving that mystery.. i was unaware livecare one did that
.. thank you very very much for that ..lol it was vexing the crap out of me
about it . LOL
problem solved XD
i just didn't know what was doing it thanks again guys XD you're all great
