Hey I want to really thank you for all the help you give out to people. I
used to do tech support for GW2K via Sykes, and I would get burnt out over
neighbors and friends calling me at home bugging me over computer stuff and
so forth. It takes a special person to answer questions all day long, I
know, I've done it. Man I went though everything I thought I knew that
could be causing IE to bog down, and would still be on a wild goose chase if
I had not googled NGs and found some of your posts.

Thank you for all your help, even though you didn't write to me directly, I
was able to figure things out from your posts to others, and if it wasn't
for your posts about CWS, I'd be just about going nuts about right now.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge!!!
