I posted yesterday about a problem I am having and got NO "help and
support". This forum should be renamed to "maybe we'll help or maybe we'll
just ignore you!" Thanks for nothing.

Is this question the one that you posted yesterday at 5:10 AM?
The one that Bill in Co. responded to yesterday at 1:20 PM?
And the one which you responded to yesterday at 2:06 PM?

Evidently you forgot about the replies (including your own).

Your system is showing the symptoms of an infected system even though the
scans show none.
I would perform a clean installation.

Dear Sue , apart from the replies you got yesterday ( and today ) ,
this is a self help newsgroup read by the world population and many
people read but cannot help . Try not to throw a *wobbly* , you might
get *plonked* .

Remember, there are only volunteers here and we have lives too. If you desire immediate
attention and rectification of a problem which you yourself caused, suggest you take your
computer back to the shop and pay for assistance.

perhaps when you
posted your issue
you clicked on
the service button
for "standard 1-2 day"
instead of the one
for "expedited 1-2 hour"
