I have received so much good information from this group, thanks to
everyone. I have noticed the following advice given to several people but
do not really know how to do this: (Check the path to msimn.exe to make
sure it is correct) I know it is a dumb question but maybe others would like
to know also. . .

Go to...Start / Run...and enter the following:
"C:\PROGRAM FILES\OUTLOOK EXPRESS\MSIMN.EXE" /reg<
(copy paste everything between the > < but not including the > <)
(But first...Check the path to msimn.exe to make sure it is correct)

If the question is, "How do you check the path?"...
try this...

Right click your start button and from the menu
choose....Explore...

A screen will open that says "Start Menu".

In the left panel of the screen you should see
your file tree....if you see "File and Folder Tasks"...
left click your Folders button to open the File Tree.

On your File Tree...go to...

C:\Program Files\Outlook Express

You should find your msimn.exe file in the
Outlook Express folder. The only purpose
for this exercise is to verify that the msimn.exe
file is in the Outlook Express folder.

Thanks, John, your suggestion was just what I was looking for, an
explanation on how to check the path. . .
You do good work and I am forever grateful for wise people like you.
