Thanks for straightening out my shell syntax.
Unfortunately, I'm still expriencing the same problems,
and my applications can't modify the contents of the
folder as long as it's marked read only. There's no patch
for these applications, they're all up to date. While I'm
in agreement with you about how useful the feature is,
I'm still stuck with the restrictions of my applications.
Any idead how I can get these folders marked read/write?
