Thanks a lot again Kelly--Restore Paint Toolbox-- But What Broke It?

I am trying to figure out what took away tools from Paint. I wonder if anyone using Stardocks has had the toolbox disappear. Paint Worked fine, but I couldn't make the View>Toolbox bring the toolbox back. I had done a lot of playing with Stardocks, and I know they have forums and I'll use them, but Kelly's Tweak to Restore Paint worked immediately--like a charm--like all of them.

I know the regedits can be viewed with a Right Click>Open in note pad and that's a great teaching tool but I'm trying to figure out what changed the keys to take away the toolbox.
