About 3 years ago the address bar of my explorer window
stopped working properly.

I have tried every bit of anti spyware software I could
find, and until your product none helped.

Withing 30 seconds of installation you identified an
errant version of svchost.exe and the problem was fixed.

I am absolutely delighted.

( I have even forgiven you for the pain in the but
genuine windows thingie - of course I don't keep records
of where I bought my XP from, nor what the product number
was! Who in the domestic marketplace does? You penalise
the good guys alongside the crooks.)

Keep up the good work. My Windows is useable again!

Thanks! Did you find the number that you needed for the validation process?

The good news is that the need to type the number in should be a one-time
process. The bad news is that the validation (without needing to type the
number in) will be required more in the future.
