Windows XP Thank you Ian, but I still need help!

I am looking for an update for a driver ( AN983.sys. 10/100 Ethernet Adapter). I have already gone to the Infineon site and found nothing there. Ian has suggested that I go to windows update. I still cannot find it there! Any more suggestions?????

Give some more info your PC spec etc:
 
I have just installed windows xp. My computer is telling me that I need an update on this driver.

I need to know what driver CDs you have, did you build the PC. what motherboard, is it onboard LAN ?
 
if you can tell us what motherboard or ethernet adapter you have we can find the drivers

have looked for drivers but as you ask what make ethernet card or is it onboard if so what Motherboard.;)
