Last Thursday I started receiving a system shutdown
message. It indicated that I had 60 seconds to save all
documents before the computer shutdown. Then I started
receiving a message that says windows cannot open this
file TFTP1912- when I hit cancel it takes me to my system
configuration utility. This file is listed in my startup
tab as common startup as the location. On Friday I
located three trojan viruses which I have since deleted.
I was hoping that this would have corrected the problem.
Is this a Windows XP problem? Any help would be
appreciated. I contacted Dell but didn't receive a
resolution.
