TFTP.exe Lock-Up w/ SP4 Upgrade

I am getting a Service Pack 4 setup error message with a locked
''tftp.exe'' file. I closed all programs and tried to update and I
still get the same error. I've seen this problem posted B4, but
haven't located message with the fix. Thanx.

Thanks to all who replied.  I've heard horror stories from some who have
installed SP4.  I assume if it is giving me probs, I can uninstall back
to prior version (SP2).  If this is so, pls advise how this is done
(altho I hope I won't need to).

If you checked the box to keep a backup when you installed SP4-- then use
add-remove programs.

Otherwise, reformat hard drive and reinstall OS.
