TFncKy error message

When using the arrow keys or Shift, Del keys etc, I get a message the says
TFncKY has encountered an error and is going to shut down. Can anyone tell me
how to fix this

This is a program that allows the FN keys on your Toshiba laptop to
function. Go to Toshiba's tech support site for your specific model
laptop and download the latest version of this software. Uninstall the
one you have and install the one you downloaded. If that doesn't work,
contact Toshiba tech support.
