TextAlign doesn't work on Label when changed to FlatStyle:System

Hi!

Why doesn't the text align property works on labels when the FlatStyle is
set to System?

Horizontal alignment works fine for me.

For me too, but not vertical alignment!

That's a limitation of the underlying Windows control.

So it's an other underlying Windows control when setting the FlatStyle
property to System?
That seems starnge, I think...
