Is that where the text will flow from 'frame / textbox' to text box...if so that answer is no.

PowerPoint does not have the specific capability that you are looking for,
If you (or anyone else reading this message) think that PowerPoint should
provide a way to have text flow between shapes, placeholders, slides, etc.,
don't forget to send your feedback to Microsoft at:
