Here are a few ways, depending on the software you're in, or whether
you're referring to desktop items:

To increase the text you read/edit within IE, OE and some other software:

- press the Ctrl key as you scroll the mouse wheel.

- click View, Text size (or Font size), and click the size you prefer.

- press Ctrl/+ or Ctrl/- to increase/decrease text size.

To increase the text size of the Desktop and windows of most programs:

- Right-click the Desktop, click Properties, Settings tab, Advanced
button, change the DPI setting.

- Right-click the Desktop, click Properties, Appearance tab, change the
Font Size.

- Right-click the Desktop, click Properties, Settings tab, change the
Screen Resolution.

It depends on where you want to adjust it.

First, you can adjust the overall size of *everything* (not just text) by
changing the screen resolution. 800x600 makes everything big; higher
resolutions (for example 1280x1024) make everything smaller.

You can also leave the resolution alone, but change text size without a
single application by holding down the Ctrl key and scrolling the mouse
wheel. This is a Windows standard, and works in most, but not all,
applications.

If one of those ideas doesn't help, write back with more specifics about
exactly what you want to do.
