text wrapping

When viewing files online that are in .txt version,
Explorer fails to wrap the text to the window. It is
VERY annoying to try to read something when you have to
keep move the left/right scroll bar just to read and go
down to the next line. I have not been able to locate a
setting to alter this. Is there any place to do this?

This is not a browser issue.

..txt = PLAIN TEXT file

The concept of automatic line wrapping does not exist in PLAIN TEXT files. If
you require this function, copy/paste the contents of the page into Notepad
or your favorite word processor.
