Text in "Locatiion" used to print in parentheses and if it didn't fit on the
main line, it would go to a second line when printing a monthly calendar.
Now it chops it off it it doesn't fit. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm looking for an answer to this question as well, I tried looking to see if
there was some setting I needed to change but haven't found anything to fix
the "chopping off" issue. This never happened to me on Office 2003, it
started after upgrading to 2007.

Anyone has an answer? Thanks.

I'd like an answer to this as well. I was upgraded to Office 2007 yesterday
(to solve another problem), but now I have this one.

I'd like to know if Microsoft has any intention of fixing this.

I don't believe it's been fixed yet - not sure if it's on for SP1. Best bet
is to open a support incident with Microsoft - you get 2 free within 90 days
for retail users - ask your admin to open one if you are using a volume
license.

I have the same issue when printing in monthly view. By downloading the
calendar print assistant I was able to get all items to wrap and print,
however I lose my auto format color coding...

I know this is a 2-month old thread however there still is no answer to text
not wrapping when printing a calendar. Is there a workaround I could use for
this?

I have quite a few clients which used to rely on this feature when printing
calendars and I would hate to upset them.
