Text Wrap

My text is not "wrapping" in my slide text box in spite of
the fact that I've clicked on "Format
Placeholder"/"Text"/"Word Wrap Text in AutoShape". Help
please.

The text in a placeholder should wrap regardless. That's kinda what the
placeholder's there for. :-)

Text in an autoshape would be different. It sounds to me as if you
selected the placeholder when trying to set the options for the
autoshape (or manual textbox).

Try formatting an autoshape the way you want it, then use
Format/AutoShape/Text/Word Wrap Text in AutoShape. Then back on the
Colors and Lines tab of that Format/AutoShape dialog box, click the
option for "default for new objects." That should make text wrap in both
autoshapes and manual textboxes.
