Text Size Problems

Having problems getting text size correctly -- seems to change every time I go onnline -- always too large.

Is there a way to set it up initially so that it is always, say "Medium" text size?

With Internet Explorer open go to View/Text size and change it to whatever
you like.

I go onnline -- always too large.
