Text Size problem

On every webpage i visit now some of the text is too big. Sites I go to all
the time are now displaying text sizes that are to big, but when I go to the
sites at work the text sizes are normal.

What have I done?? I havent touched anything regarding text sizes with IE

Check your View->Text Size menu option and set it to what makes you happy.
