Text shows upon matching criteria??

Hi, I am using Frontpage 2003 SP2, and I wanted to know if there was a way to
have a hidden textbox that would appear if a checkbox above it was selected.

Yes. You could put the textbox in a hidden DIV tag and then use JavaScript
to hide or show it depending on the checkbox. See the sample scripts at
