Text missing

We are running a Windows 2000 print server. On some
systems we are experiencing a problem where text within
Excel cells, Power Point text boxes, and From / To / Body
text in Outlook messages is missing.

The grids and other elements of the page print, not the
information within them.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried upgrading the printer driver?

I was able to upgrade the driver for a HP Laser Jet 4000
and it fixed the problem. However we also have an HP
Laser Jet 4Si, I think we already had the latest driver
for it, when I upgraded it did not help.
