text is not showing in correct size

Hello-
I have a problem, my internet explorer is showing text
larger than it should but images are the correct size.
all of my other programs have the correct size text. This
is very annoying and I am unsure how to fix it. The
problem is bad because on layered web pages text runs
together. How can I fix this?
