Text highlighting with textbox ads

Does anyone know why I keep getting yellow underlining on
certain words in the text of all web sites?
When the cursor is paused over them it highlights the
word in yellow and shows a text box advert with weblink
relating to that word.
How can I get rid of this annoying intrusion?
