Text format in MS-Outlook

Hello
Messages written in "Plain Text" format remain PlainText at
reply/forward on and on. Anyone knows how to solve this problem?
PS! What makes these messages "PlainText format" is a third party
product called "trusted Mail" from "Thales".

Thanks a lot for any suggestion.
 
I'm not sure I see the issue here. Plain Text messages stay Plain Text.
Maybe the better question is... what are you trying to do that isn't
working?
 
Well . I know that the problem sounds a cosmetic issue and it probably
is, but what our users wish is to be able to change the fonts, colors
and other things when they answer PTF e-mails.

Then it wouldn't be Plain Text now, would it? The people replying can
simply change the format of the reply with the Format menu.
