Yes to both, assuming you have PowerPoint. Of course you can enter
information manually, but you can also do it under program control via VBA,
VB, etc.
Explain a bit more about what you need to do, if you would.
The answer to both is yes, but it is difficult to advise/assist further
without knowing a lot more details.
