text direction in Notepad

I have Hebrew installed on my computer.
When I type text in Notepad, every so often, when I use a
certain key combination probably involving Ctrl, Shift,
and right-arrow (for selecting text), the text direction
switches to right-to-left. Somehow I can't reproduce this
on purpose - it only happens to me by accident, and then I
don't know how to return to left-to-right.

What is/are the specific key combo(s) for switching text
direction, either way?

set right-to-left reading order

If you have multiple languages installed on your computer, you can set
right-to-left reading order when you right-click any edit control, such
as a text box, in Windows 2000, or when you use Notepad
