Text Convertor

I am running into the problem of trying to import a document into my FP and
receiving the messgage that FP needs to install the file coverter program. I
followed the instructions that are posted elsehwere on this site and the
references to the support article. I was going along smoothly until I tried
to reinstall the Text Converters. The program is looking for the CD that my
Windows XP is on, but like many other people I did not receive and CD when I
purchased this computer with XP pre-loaded on it. Is there somwhere I can
down load what I need, otherwise what is the solution? Thanks.
 
Generally, the Text Converter should be on your FP or Office CD.
