Text Boxes

In powerpoint 2000, when i insert text boxes into the
actual slide does it not update in the outline. Is there
any way around this ?

If there is not, this will effect the order of my
animation. Is there anyway I can order animation using one
text boxes and images to appear in between the appearance
of each bullet point ?

No -- only text in text placeholders (the "Click Here To ...." text) appears
in the outline view (and text entered in Outline view appears on the slide
only if the slide includes a title or body text placeholder)

You'd have to fake it - create multiple text boxes, one for each bullet
point, then create your other images/text boxes and set the animation order
so they appear as you want them to.
