Text boxes that are not enabled hard to read

Is there a way to adjust the font color or background color of a text box
that is not enabled? Once you set the text box property "Enabled" to No, it
becomes very difficult to read the contents of the text box.

If you set it to Enabled = No and Locked = True it will have a normal
appearance. From there you can tweak the display to your liking.
