text box?

whats the code for a text box. I want a lets say a 5 x 7 text box that will
have a scroll bar what will allow the user to see all the text that does not
fit in the 5 x 7. Or is it called a text box. I want to post my info in it
but not allow the viewer to add or change info. Thanks in advance.
