Text Box Visibility

I have an Access 2003 database on a network. There is a form with a text box
'TotalCost' derived from the sum of three totals on subforms on the main
form. The visibility of the total cost text box is set to Yes\Always.

When I open the database on network computer PW1, Total Cost is reported as
$0.00. the correct value is $53.61.
When I open the database on computer PW1 or computer User14, Total Cost is
reported as $53.61 - the correct value.

Why isn't the correct value being shown on computer PW1?
