Generally, you don't hyperlink the submit button to anywhere. The
form's action attribute takes the form data to a form handler that sends
the email. The handler could be a script for asp.net, asp, php,
cgi/perl, or could be the FrontPage extensions, or could be a mailto.

Thanks so much, Ron. I removed the hyperlink and set the form properties to
email. The link to the specific page is http://www.silentheroes.us/Contact.htm. This site is still under
construction and not yet released to the public. I am using Frontpage
extensions with GoDaddy. This is the first I have tried a text box with a
submit button. I tried putting in just the email address and also with a
mailto: I sent some test messages with no success.
Many hosts will not allow sending email to another domain - yours is setup
for verizon.
Try one setup as (e-mail address removed) (obviously you'll have to set
that up)

Thanks so much. I will advise my client accordingly and check all with
GoDaddy. It's up to her as to whether or not she wants this feature on the
webpage and to get an email acct with GoDaddy.
usually you get several free mail accounts with a host account, all you
gotta do is set them up.
godaddy's economy plan gives you 100 free email accounts
